Please be aware that following the abolition of the Vehicle Identity Check (VIC) scheme on the 26th October 2015 and from that date the DVLA will no longer issue V5c’s for any CAT A or CAT B vehicle. For any further clarifications we recommend contacting the DVLA directly.
